Aufgaben

Information

Die Sozialhilfe ist eine staatliche Leistung, auf die jede Bürgerin und jeder Bürger unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen Anspruch hat.

Die Sozialhilfe umfasst gemäß § 8 Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB XII) folgende Leitungen:

  • Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt
  • Grundsicherung im Alter und bei Erwerbsminderung
  • Hilfen zur Gesundheit
  • Hilfe zur Pflege
  • Hilfe zur Überwindung besonderer sozialer Schwierigkeiten
  • Hilfe in anderen Lebenslagen
